What to write in about

Motions to reconsider take priority over all other business. If a price we cite has changed, a feature we describe has been retired, or a ruling rests on evidence you can show is wrong, write to us with a source and we will re-examine the record — corrections are the fastest way to get this court's attention, and we treat them as a duty rather than a nuisance. Beyond that, we welcome suggestions for matters the court should hear next, accounts of your own experience with the platforms we try, and general correspondence about our rulings.

Response expectations

Corrections are typically reviewed within a few business days; when one is upheld, we amend the page and note the change. Other correspondence may take up to a week or two depending on the docket, and while we read everything, we cannot promise every message an individual reply.

A jurisdictional note: we are not Wix

If you need help with a Wix login, a charge, or a site that will not behave, that matter falls outside our jurisdiction — raise it through the Help Center and support channels inside your own Wix account dashboard, where the people who can actually fix it reside.
